The hosts, Rose and Daniel were exceptional people, so friendly and welcoming! You felt like you were staying with old friends you've known forever while you were there. She happened to be making dumplings that day and came down and offered us a few. So good! Thank you again for those and the other ideas on ways to cook our salmon! There was literally nothing that could have been better. Amazing view and hospitality! I would absolutely recommend this place!

Out if the way retreat! After traveling all around Alaska we felt like we were at a spa. A bit hard to figure out the place, but it was lovely. Clean, lots of amenities, shared kitchen/ den. Hosts were extremely helpful and nice.
Nothing we didn’t love l, except we carried our luggage in a door that would have been easier to use the garage entrance and not all the stairs into house.

This was a lovely home. We rented just one room in the owners place. It was very comfortable. After a long day of travel it was nice to have such a comfortable bed to sleep in. The owners were very gracious and we enjoyed chatting with them for a little bit.
Just to be warned there are many stairs but that did not bother us.

It was hard to get there because Google has the wrong directions online.
