Val & Vel Luxury Home Bugolobi

The place was easy to access, the Host was amazing, the gate man was so good and kind. the house was new and clean with constant WIFI and laundry services. The beds were comfortable The lighting was sufficient for work. the living room was decorated to serenity

The bathrooms were hard to clean they didn't have brushes and rubber squeezers. The cleaning lady was so rude disrespectful and unfriendly unlike her boss. The Kitchen was not fully equipped( no flask, no mugs, no bowls, no kitchen towels, no tea, coffee, and sugar bowls/tins) with necessities to make it a comfortable home it had irrelevant items instead, we arrived late and there was not even a snack to eat yet we didn't know our way around the area , no sugar, tea or coffee, only salt no spices, was in the kitchen. we only found a small bag of used cooking oil hidden behind the microwave. The house was only cleaned twice for the whole of our stay.
