Voici une version légèrement peaufinée, qui garde ton ton chaleureux mais gagne en fluidité et clarté :
Très joli appartement, idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique de Mazara et de la Casbah. L’hôte, Vita, est adorable et toujours disponible. L’appartement a été entièrement rénové avec goût et sobriété. La cuisine est bien équipée, et nous avons eu la délicate attention d’être accueillis avec une petite bouteille d’huile d’olive produite par la propriétaire.
Avec un peu de patience, il est possible de trouver une place de stationnement dans les rues adjacentes ; sinon, un grand parking gratuit au port se trouve à seulement 6 minutes à pied.
