    This hotel is suitable for budget travelers. The room is quite small, but we were already aware of that since we were specifically looking for an affordable place to stay. Overall, the room was okay and the staff were friendly too. The lobby was quite simple with no decorations and no air conditioning, so we were a bit surprised at first — but honestly, we didn’t mind because we only came back to the hotel to rest and sleep after enjoying our trip. Recommended for solo travelers and couples who just want a simple, budget-friendly stay. Nothing too fancy or special, but it gets the job done. The location is also convenient, not far from main attractions like the Teddy Bear Museum, the river area, Grand World entrance, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

    Отель хороший за свою цену. Маме показалось, что белье постельное не свежее, но нам сказали, что чистое.Сантехника немного ушатанная, но щетки и все остальное было.расположение к каналу хорошее.утром на завтрак повезли в другой отель, где был хороший завтрак с официантами.

    Julian is very helpfull, he upgraded our brakefast and took us to buffet breakfast near by restaurant with pick up and drop facility, room has fridge, kettle and projector. And most importantly balcony.

    Challenging for elderly couple or guest with knee issues to walk the stairs to the room. The neighours room noise and the corridor movements noise could be heard clearly in tge room. The room is more like a small hostel room. The renovation noise next door was on going daytime and the noise was bothering us if on both days. The reception isnor available 24 hrs Very dissapointed! Complimentary Buffet Breakfast was provided at another location with free buggy service. Both days same buffet items and the staffs at restaurant hardly spoke english. Only boiled eggs provided andno other choices if eggs.
