Obiekt położony w bardzo cichej okolicy, blisko lasu (trafiliśmy akurat na RYKOWISKO). Blisko do szlaku czerwonego jak sama nazwa mówi. W okolicy sklepy, stadion, restauracje - wszędzie można dojść pieszo.
Jedyne co można by poprawić to krążenie ciepłej wody w obiegu. Trzeba chwilę poczekać po odkręceniu wody aby zaczęła płynąć ciepła (podczas kąpieli jest to lekkim szokiem na początku). Cały pobyt oceniam naprawdę wysoko pod względem czystości, udogodnień oraz okolicy.

Bardzo czysto w każdym punkcie domu, zarówno w pokojach, jak i kuchni. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, pomyślano o wszystkim. Także pokoje, mimo że niewielkie, mają wszystko co potrzebne.
Jedyny minus to drzwi do łazienki. W naszym pokoju był skos, więc zrobiono je przesuwne, niestety nie odcinają ani dźwięków ani zapachów, i w ogóle się nie domykają, co nie daje intymności przy korzystaniu z toalety.
