Fisherman's Cottage

The location of the cottage, once you find it is very good if you don't mind a little walk to get into Ventnor town. It was quiet, and you do get a little bit of a community feel when you bump into the other holiday guests staying in the properties close by.

The day we arrived it was quite warm, we were really disappointed that the cottage was closed up, with no windows open, as there is a conservatory on the back it made the temperature in the property unbarable. It was very difficult to get it cool as the opening windows are small. No extras like milk, eggs, wine etc which we have had left for us by other hosts. The directions to the property could have been clearer too, ie note that if you go past the Botanic Gardens on your right you have gone too far.
