Mats on the bath floor wasn’t really clean

Good location, new and clean
It was wrongly advertised as an hotel apartment, no clear reason indication that it’s serviced apartment and booking thru an owner not thru the hotel. This concluded to no access to any of the hotel facilities like pool or beach, part of what has been advertised in booking. The hotel requested to contact the owner who’s name is anonymous and phone number indicated as “other contact” not to be recognized.
Booking should stop people to advertise their owned private property without clearly stating the description, what to expect facilities wise, frequency of cleaning, and what is provided part of the deal. This was a big disappointment
