Só a chave da porta da entrada que travou 2 vezes, tivemos que solicitar ajuda, mas logo foi resolvido.

Excelente a localização com vista, não deixando nada a desejar.
Estacionamento terceirizado com atendimento muito ruin. Com apenas 5 diárias, trocaram o nosso carro por 2 vezes. Manobristas desorganizados e mal educados. Não faz jus ao preço cobrado por diária. Melhor fosse ter deixado o veículo a mercê na rua.

Somente a vista
Cheguei esperando ser um apartamento e no caso é um Hotel, o estacionamento é pago. Os quartos cheios de mofo, um cheiro horrível, as paredes todas manchadas. No corredor saindo do elevador vc já sente o cheiro fortíssimo de mofo! Meu filho tem asma, tive que vir embora por conta disso. O quarto que eu fiquei não tem rede de proteção.
