La posizione è ottima, a metà tra il centro e la spiaggia della Cinta. Stoviglie nuove, ottimo balcone adatto per mangiare fuori (ma non dotato di tavolo). C'è anche una doccia esterna nuova e dotata di acqua calda L'aria condizionata è presente solo in cucina ma la casa è fresca e non grande per cui è sufficiente. Il bagno era nuovo e anche stoviglie.Abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi all' arrivo ma sono stati prontamente risolti dallo staff

I materiali potrebbero essere più confortevoli ed i cuscini migliori (sottilette) e non c'era la TV come invece indicato
