Everything was clean, with beautiful views, and the house had almost everything we needed. The administration was very helpful and willing to assist with anything we asked for or needed. The staff were friendly and professional

We were not aware that we would need to climb over 100 stairs—about five floors—which was very challenging for my 83-year-old mother. The mattress, pillows, and sofa—even though new—need to be of much better quality.
