Residenza Tramonto Sul Mare

We had a wonderful stay here and really enjoyed our time in Calabria. The location is perfect, with an absolutely incredible view, and the apartment is very spacious – all of us had more than enough room and felt very comfortable. Everything was clean, and having private parking was a big plus. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and the location is excellent for exploring the beautiful Calabrian coast and its many beaches. We had a fantastic time here and the apartment was a great base for our trip. The furnishings are not the newest, but that didn’t bother us, and most importantly, the beds were genuinely very comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

The apartment has a lot of potential, but I feel that this potential is not fully used yet. It is quite basically equipped, and the main thing we missed was having at least a few basic household and cleaning supplies. I don’t expect an apartment to provide everything, but something as simple as hand soap would be appreciated, especially when guests first arrive. We arrived at around 4:30 PM, even though check-in officially starts at 3 PM, and the cleaner was still there, so we had to wait a little before we could settle in. At the same time, check-out is quite early and there wasn’t much flexibility regarding departure time. These are relatively small things and they certainly didn’t spoil our stay. Overall, it is a good accommodation in a fantastic location, and with a few small improvements and a little more attention to the amenities, it could easily become an excellent one.

It has a parking spot which was crucial for us. The apartment was clean and spacious. There is also an AC. The host gave us very detailed instructions on how to find it which was very helpful.

The front door had something wrong with it so it was very hard to open without breaking the handle and it also didn’t want to lock which wasted us 10 minutes each time trying to fiddle with it.

Trascuratezza in tutto, disordine e poca pulizia . Veramente 😨
