Our room was spacious and clean, king bed was very comfortable. Quiet location.
I called multiple times to try to get an early check in, as we were traveling with a baby. The staff were polite but the first time I made the request told me it couldn’t be done- I then told them we had a baby and they said we could check in early for a $25 fee. Frustrating that I had to be so pushy for them to allow us to come early, when clearly there was availability and an option to do so.

Broken toilet seat & sink drain. No soap. Shower dispensers were sticky & slimy, 2 were empty
