Personale gentilissimo. Camera pulita ed estremamente confortevole. Letto enorme e molto comodo. Ambiente silenzioso. Se fosse un albergo, sarebbe un 5 stelle. Unico aspetto da migliorare, forse, è la colazione; si effettua presso un bar poco distante dalla struttura, gestito da personale già "incavolato" alle 8.30 di mattina.
Ripeto, la colazione. Tutto il resto è eccellente.

Zeer ruime, aangename en comfortabele kamer met leuke douche. Goed gelegen in het stadje Subiaco om de kloosters in de buurt te bezoeken. Zeer vriendelijke host. Dank voor de late check-in! Lekker gegeten in het restaurant van de B&B.
Parkeren kan een probleem zijn. Viel nu erg mee. Enige minpunt: je krijgt een bon voor een (erg karig) ontbijt in een (drukke) bakkerij waar de vrouw "achter de toog" geen enkele uitleg gaf en erg onvriendelijk was. Vandaar geen 10 maar een verdiende 9.
