The hotel is clean , well located and the staff is very supportive.

Room was clean, staff was very responsive.
Location was good, close to the railway station and the city centre highlights.
The room was very small for a family of 3 adults, did not have enough space to move.
Room was very cold with no windows, less ventilation.
Hot water supply was limited, geyser worked the first day and stopped working. Staff was not well responsive to this.
