La casa ci è stata consegnata pulitissima, e in ogni caso veniva pulita ogni giorno. Al secondo giorno ci hanno anche cambiato gli asciugamani e le lenzuola. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile. La struttura si trova vicino al centro di Perdika, un piccolo centro non lontano dalla costa Ionica. Ha un terrazzo meraviglioso, da cui si gode di un panorama bellissimo sul golfo di Syvota, Corfù e il tramonto sul mare. C'è anche un altro terrazzino, sul retro, von un comodissimo letto da esterni.
