The location is fantastic. It is in easy walking distance to everything. It was easy to get in and out of the apartment- only one flight of stairs. There were great coffee shops minutes away. The heat worked very well. We were thankful to have 2 bedrooms and a common living space for our family. The building was quiet and we all slept very well. It was a bonus having a washer and dryer although the dryer had a hard time drying anything more than a few pieces of clothing at a time. They had great detailed instructions for entering the property which was helpful and fantastic.

The property felt very small for the price. We were super grateful as it was a last minute booking due to a last minute cancelled reservation. Apartments in NYC are tiny and this was probably 400-500 square feet total. We didn’t have any other options but it’s still felt super small for the price. I do think they need to do some basic maintenance of the property. The bathroom tiles were moldy and the seal of the shower door was coming off so water leaked easily into the floor. There were no directions on where to take the trash and when I texted about it, I got no response. Clearer directions for those items would be helpful. Having a couple extra blankets in the closets would have been helpful. $400 for a cleaning fee seemed really high for the size of this apartment.

Clean. Good washing machine. Was freezing but once we figured out the air was great.

Stairs - we had a lot of luggage Was a note stating “tell people you are friend and not renters” - Made us uncomfortable They changed the address at the last moment with was hard for our prearranged drop off and pick up arrangements A bit secret squirrel !
