A truly refreshing escape. Staying at Jim’s Farmstay by the River was the perfect city detox. The sound of the river and the lush greenery create such a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway near Bangalore

Location is super - away from the crowds and right by a river. Very green and well kept grounds. The approach road is 'kacha' and a little difficult to navigate, since maps doesnt work very well. Rooms are new and clean.
The homestay is quite new and still rough around some edges. The staff is very helpful and receptive. However, they could start 'daily cleaning' of the rooms and have more variety in the food (I was the only person there, which may the reason for a limited set of options).
