The location was great, plenty of eateries close by and easy walking distance for public transport to the city.
The addition of ceiling fans would be good so that windows could be opened to enjoy some fresh air rather than rely on split system air conditioning. There was a strong sewerage smell in the main bathroom.

Location was excellent. Rooms were functional and comfortable. Kitchen facilities were excellent.
Living space is small, is cramped for a 3 bed place. Also advertised as a house, but it’s an apartment.
