The property is lovely and very spacious. The owner has provided every little thing you might need and is extremely thoughtful. The house is perfect for families, with plenty of toys for kids to enjoy. The children especially loved playing in the snow right in the yard. The amenities were excellent, including toothbrushes and house slippers, even for kids, which shows how much care and attention the owner puts into guests’ comfort. The owner also provided a very clear and helpful house manual, and even complimentary cookies and ice cream, which was a very nice touch. The location is convenient as well, only about 15–20 minutes drive to Asahiyama Zoo. We would highly recommend this house and will surely book again.

施設に関しては問題全然ないです！ あと、小さい小皿があれば嬉しいです。 ブッキングで予約時から変更キャンセル出来ないのはもう少し余裕ができたらありがたいです。

. Kids toys n utensil 

. We could use only 1 room for 3 persons (eventhough there are 3 bed rooms). If we use other room, there would be an additional charge which not mentioned how much. . We couldn't use the whole area. We need to choose 1st floor or 2nd floor only. While when booking, there is no info about this.  For the price we paid, it is overpriced. What is the benefit renting the house with 3 bedrooms while we are only able to use 1 room and one floor only. . Until we arrive around 4.30pm, there is no any information the code number for getting inside the house thru message or anything. We tried to contact the number listed in booking.com when we arrived but it is not WhatsApp number. So, finally we needed to call using our international number to get the code. Which cost us the international phone call/roaming. . The toilet is in the entrance area which there's no heater.  In winter with minus degree it's not comfortable.  . 30 mnts from centre
