O apartamento fica em condomínio fechado com segurança. O apartamento é normal sem nada excepcional. Tem o necessário para uma estadia rápida para até 4 pessoas.
Tinha um balde com pano sujo na cozinha. Na rua lateral ao prédio tem uma balada. Como minha hospedagem foi no final de semana, foi difícil conseguir dormir. Numa noite motoqueiro dando corte de motor às 3:00 da manhã e no outro um Chevette fazendo arrancada na frente da boate. Não recomendo para hospedagem no final de semana.
