As a digital nomad who has travelled to more than 37 countries, I can honestly say this was probably the tiniest accommodation I’ve ever stayed in — but also one of the most thoughtfully designed, efficient, and comfortable. What made the experience truly unforgettable, though, was the host and his family. 💖 They welcomed me to Armenia for the first time with such genuine warmth and hearts of gold. They made me feel less like a guest and more like family — almost like coming home to visit my own family. I arrived around 4 a.m., and the host kindly arranged for me to stay at his grandmother’s home. She doesn’t speak English, but somehow language didn’t matter. When I wasn’t feeling well and my stomach was upset, she took such wonderful care of me — making me herbal tea, bringing me a warm blanket, and tucking me into bed. That kind of kindness is something you don’t forget. And the hospitality didn’t stop there. The host went above and beyond by offering to take me to my next Airbnb in Gandzakar, while showing me around the beautiful villages and region along the way — ancient churches, farms, local communities, and glimpses into everyday Armenian life that I would never have experienced on my own. As someone who travels constantly, I’ve learned that the most memorable stays are rarely about the size or luxury of a property. They’re about how a place makes you feel and the people you meet along the way. I feel incredibly blessed to have had this experience and deeply grateful for the warmth, generosity, and kindness shown to me during my first visit to Armenia. 🇦🇲❤️ Thank you so much. 🙏 I will carry this beautiful memory with me.

This was my second time in this friendly place and once again everything was perfect :) Easy communication with the Host, easy pick-up of keys, and the place itself was like it was - in a great location with all necessary things for solo traveler :)

The place is in top location, just in the back of the main street, yet located in a quiet part of the area. About 2-3 minutes from the main street, 7-8 from Republic Sq., and a few more from the city's other major attractions, walking distance everywhere. Close to all possible shops, cafes , restaurants, tourist offices. Clean & safe. And the Host, Mr. Armen is like a guide, guardian angel and friend in one person :)

There is little space but totally enough for solo traveler

This place is centrally located. You can easily walk to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel at home.

This is a small studio loft that requires climbing up a ladder to get to the bed, so it may not work for folks with mobility issues (it worked fine for me!)
