Gîte proche Cattenom, Luxembourg

Logement propre mais le couloir pour arriver au logement laissé à désirer, même pas de lumière le soir pour arriver au logement par contre le logement fut propre mais endroit trop bruyant. Les chambres sont proche de la rue principale, on entend vraiment beaucoup de bruits et les oreillers sont beaucoup trop mous… sinon c’était très propre!

Les fenêtres étaient à un mètre de la route principale ce qui est difficile pour dormir la nuit avec le bruit des voitures qui passent sans cesse.

The apartment is spacious, and the bedrooms and bathroom were all very clean. You have everything you need for light cooking, which is very convenient. The metal shutters allow you to make the bedroom completely dark or partially dark, which is great for sleeping. There were plenty of towels and cleaning products provided, so there was no need to go out and buy anything extra. The apartment is also conveniently located close to a supermarket, bakery, and other shops, which is very handy.

The main downside of our stay was that the bedrooms face a very busy road. Since the windows are at pavement level, this seems to amplify the noise from passing traffic. Even with earplugs, we were only able to get a small amount of sleep. Although the heating can be adjusted, the apartment felt quite cold overall (with the exception of the bathroom, which was pleasantly warm). This wouldn’t have been an issue if extra blankets were available in the bedrooms.
