Fantastic!
Loved this apartment! Very clean, well-stocked and super comfy in a great building. The hosts were very responsive and truly cared about my experience. I will definitely look to stay here again my next trip to Pittsburgh -- the best place I've stayed in so far! Wonderful experience!

Very difficult to access the apartment and parking. There was an extra charge for parking not mentioned in Booking of 15 USD per day They give you only one copy of the room key, car access is with a third party app which requires phone coverage to work

Anything positive I experienced was ruined by being locked out late at night.
Clean and comfortable inside.
We got locked out of the building after a late light out because our building code stopped working randomly, got 0 help from management of building staff even though they appear to be very "professional” and modern. The sign for 24/7 phone support in the lobby was a lie, the menu told us it was closed when we called. We had to wait for another random resident to eventually wake up and let us in. It SUCKED to be in this situation and reminded us the benefits of booking a classic hotel. Also, there were no sheets provided for the sofabed, only blankets. Management: You should really warn guests that the fob is your only reliable way in, and you should offer more than 1 fob for a multi guest property.
