Good place to stay for long weekend in Antwerp, some minor issues!

Superb location for exploring Antwerp, great space for 2-3 people Shower pressure was great, and nice bathroom

Sink had remnants of food left in when we arrived, and smelled throughout the stay Shower knob stiff / broken but manageable

There was no cutlery, the shower drain is slow to empty, and the area next to the bed wasn’t thoroughly cleaned (likely only an issue on the top floor, as it's a bit harder to access under the sloped roof).

Fijn, modern verblijf op toplocatie in Antwerpen

We waren we heel tevreden over ons verblijf in Antwerpen. De locatie is echt onwijs goed: alles is op loopafstand, hele rustige en fijne buurt, en perfect als uitvalsbasis om de stad te ontdekken. Het appartement is nieuw, modern en heel schoon. Wat wij erg fijn vonden, is dat er twee aparte slaapkamers zijn, elk met een ensuite badkamer – ideaal als je met meerdere personen reist. De voorzieningen zijn goed en compleet, en het contact met de eigenaar verliep heel prettig. Het ophalen van de sleutels ging soepel en we mochten onze spullen al vroeg in het appartement neerleggen, wat ontzettend fijn was.

Er waren wel een twee minpuntjes. Bij aankomst, en eigenlijk gedurende ons hele verblijf, hing er een zeer sterke rioollucht in het appartement, vooral in de woonkamer. De geur was echt onaangenaam en helaas niet tijdelijk. Daarnaast was er in het hele appartement maar één rol toiletpapier, wat onhandig was. We hebben zelf extra moeten halen, wat je liever niet zelf wilt moeten doen als je ergens 2 nachtjes verblijft.

Extrèmement décevant

La salle de bain était inutilisable pendant la durée intégrale du séjour en absence totale de serviettes. Le propriétaire était incapable de nous les fournir et s'avère d'une malhonêteté absolue pour répondre à nos requètes de remboursement partiel, pourtant promis. Booking.com de son coté ne répond pas à nos plaintes - lamentable !

lugar solo para escaladores profesionales, no apto para personas normales

La cercanía al tranvía y el barrio, el apartamento en si no estaba mal, la cocina bien equipada y el baño. La calefacción bien aunque había una zona en el salón que no funcionaba el radiador.

La cama situada a 3 metros de altura y con difícil acceso a través de una escalera que resbalaba y en un altillo que no permitía que te pusieras de pie antes de acostarte, no había sitio. Desde la calle había que subir 3 plantas con escaleras super estrechas y empinadas. Cabía la maleta de cabina a duras penas. Si hubiese tenido que subir una maleta grande hubiera sido imposible. Las fotos que aparecen en Booking llevan a error, tienen 150 fotos de las cuales no se sabe a que apartamento corresponden porque están puestas sin orden y todo continuado. Además hay dos apartamentos para dos personas y a mi me dieron el de la cama a 3 metros, sin preguntar si teníamos problemas para subir y estando la casa vacía. El propietario a pesar de que nos respondió no nos dio ninguna solución al problema. Se limitó a enviarnos un mensaje de WhatsApp diciendo que nos atuviéramos a la reserva. Yo creo que es imposible que esa vivienda tenga autorización de funcionamiento como vivienda turística, representa un problema para cualquier persona, incluido niños que pueden caer desde esa altura pues no hay barandilla ni ningún tope que no te haga caer.

Prachtig knus appartement op de bovenste verdieping

Prachtige locatie, mooi ruim appartement, mooie keuken, fijn en knus. In de omgeving zijn tal van restaurants en cafeetjes. Ook zitten om de hoek diverse Musea. Echt een van de mooiste locaties van Antwerpen.

Wegens een kapotte kachelthermostaat en een doucheknop probeerde ik contact te krijgen met de host, maar ik heb niets van ze gehoord. We zijn zo tevreden, maar dat valt dan wat tegen.

Gut, aber man darf nicht zu viel erwarten

Schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung. Gute Größe, tolle Lage. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Klimaanlage ist ein Pluspunkt, da es unterm Dach sehr warm wird.

Es war leider nicht gereinigt worden und es dauerte einen ganzen Tag bis das nachgeholt wurde. Uns wurde ein Rabatt versprochen, der danach einfach unter den Tisch fallen gelassen wurde. Es fehlten ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. ein Geschirrtuch zum Trocknen und auch Fliegengitter wären toll gewesen. Insgesamt wirkte alles selbst gemacht und nicht sehr professionell installiert (wackelige Wasserhähne, die Heizung hat ganz komische Geräusche gemacht,…)

Una settimana ad Anversa

La posizione ottima e molto tranquilla, vicina alle piazze principali ma defilata.L'appartamento è tutto nuovo e ristrutturato da poco, bella la zona giorno con ampie vetrate.

Non mi è piaciuta la zona notte, con un soppalco angusto nel sottotetto dove era posizionato il letto. La scaletta per arrivarci pericolosa perché troppo alta ed esposta. Inadatta a chi soffre di vertigini o è insicuro nei movimenti, a chi è in sovrappeso o a chi ha bevuto un bicchiere in più.

Super verblijf gehad. Zeker aan te raden!

Super mooi appartement met airco, die goed uitkwam met het warme weer. Het is op loopafstand van het centrum en gelegen tussen een hele hoop leuke restaurantjes.

Niet alles was even schoon (koelkast, servies), de toilet trok niet goed door en we miste een theedoek. Verder geen op/aanmerkingen en zeker geen reden om dit niet te boeken.
