Atemberaubender Blick auf Heraklion und das Meer! Tolle komfortable Wohnung mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung, riesigen Terrassen, tollen Panoramafenstern. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen! Es versteht sich von selbst dass man hier ein Auto braucht.

The apartment is really luxurious with a wonderful view directly from the sleeping room. Facing full east it is a beauty to wake up with the sun and appreciate the view while the sun is rising. The apparent is vast and the living area is beautifully architectures and very clean and modern. It has a big and very convenient American kitchen. Also a great outside terrace. The place is very calm and close to Heraklio in the same time. Highly recommend, also good for remote workers and digital nomads.

Some ice forms in the fridge would be appreciated!

For context, we were a group of 5 people staying 6 nights. Communication with the host was super quick and efficient, Anastasia was very accommodating, easy going and flexible. The house looks exactly like in the pictures, is super clean & very well equipped with everything you might need, has an absolutely spectacular sea view, outdoor grill and dining area. It is situated in a gated neighbourhood which also makes it super safe. We enjoyed the private beach which was very clean, quiet and neatly organised - sun lounges and umbrellas are provided free of charge to residents. There are also other very nice public beaches nearby such as Ligaria or Agia Pelagia (10-15 minutes away by car). The neighbourhood also has a common pool area, but we didn't have time to explore it. If you plan on wandering around, it is probably best that you rent a car as the house is situated on a coastal hilly area and the closest restaurant we found was 5-7 minutes by car. All in all, we highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

Wi-Fi connection was a bit unstable at times (Anastasia informed us about this upfront), so if you plan on working remote, you should take this into consideration.
