I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and I immediately felt at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed — a super comfortable bed, great air conditioning, and a quiet atmosphere for a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was a highlight: fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options for every taste. The location is ideal — close to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants also beaches. I recommend 100% 😊

В номерах не убирают,грязно,полотенца не меняют, завтрак отвратительный, даже кофе нормальный не могут сделать.стены тонкие все время шум гам.в номере даже стульев нет.

Totul a fost bine. Proprietarul e mereu acolo sa te ajute cu orice problema, sau doleanță. In general in statiune vizitatorii sunt respectați. Per total suntem multumiți de tot.

S pobytom sme boli spokojní, majiteľ aj personál boli veľmi príjemní a vždy ochotní pomôcť a poradiť

Lokalita hotela bola výborná, v blízkosti boli najkrajšie pláže v Ksamile, čo sme ocenili, ak sme nechceli každý deň používať auto. Hotel je situovaný priamo v mestečku, ale v dobrej vzdialenosť od hlučného centra (cca 15 minút príjemnou prechádzkou), takže nie ste rušení počas noci hlučnými turistami. Raňajky boli zabezpečené v hoteli, postačujúci výber klasických jedál, ale odporúčame nenechávať si raňajky na poslednú chvíľu, lebo tie najchutnejšie jedlá sa hneď minuli. Večeru si taktiež môžete objednať v hoteli, majiteľ dáva pre ubytovaných hostí 20% zľavu, čo sme často využili, keďže jedlá boli veľmi chutné.

Bolo by fajn trošku zmodernizovať a doplniť zariadenie izieb, chýbali odkladacie priestory a skriňa na dlhšie šaty. V kúpeľni odporúčame doplniť stojany na odkladanie základnej kozmetiky + nejaké háčiky/držadlá na uteráky.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel in günstiger Lage mit freundlichem, hilfsbereiten Personal

Der Betreiber und seine Frau haben das Hotel vor einem Jahr übernommen und betreiben es in ihrer ersten Saison. Alle seine Vorstellung konnte er noch nicht umsetzen, wie er berichtete. Aber er hat noch einige Visionen, die in naher Zukunft umgesetzt werden sollen. Bis hier ist das Hotel trotzdem in einem Sehr guten Zustand, die Ausstattung der Zimmer beinhaltet alles, was man braucht und alles ist sauber. Das Restaurant hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, was sicherlich ein Grund dafür ist, dass es jeden Abend gut gefüllt war. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer offen und ansprechbar. Das Auto konnte in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden und das Personal übernahm notwendiges Umparken, wenn der Platz dies erforderte. Insgesamt ist der Betreiber wirklich sehr, um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht! Wir wünschen ihm weiterhin viel Erfolg und gutes Gelingen beim umsetzen seiner Visionen!

Es ist vielleicht noch nicht alles perfekt in der ersten Saison des Betreibers, aber Mängel werden sofort beseitigt. In unserem Fall war die Klimaanlage defekt, am Morgen haben wir dies mitgeteilt, am Abend war eine neue eingebaut.
