Its spacious, and has a 7/11 on the first floor which is very convenient. Also pretty good value for money.
It's quite far away from both the JR line and the subway, with the walk in either direction not being particularly pleasant, its just a main loud road. The same loud road is pretty loud during the night in 2 of the 3 rooms facing it.

The property is clean, a lot of room and beds, easy access to 7/11, clear instructions for most appliances and rules. Good AC and nice balcony.
The wifi was slow, no netflix, no clear instructions upon checking in.

The location was great, not to far from the metro and bus station, a parking nearby...and above a 7/11...
The noise of the street... double, triple glass could help.
