    The rooms were clean, the staff was courteous and quick. And the location is close to most places.

    my stay with family and kids was good. Pros: Clean Corridors, Spacious room and bathroom, responsive staff, restaurant options nearby Cons: Unavailability of LATE Check-out feature even for an additional cost. visiting tourists cannot checkout at 4 / 5 pm and have to book the next whole day. Parking space is limited but fine. Steet road is not wide and the public road is not posh and has a lot of homeless people on the streets. Open drainage nearby -- not in front of the hotel but nearby -- so a stroll would not be convenient. The morning staff person and the night reception persons were both responsive -- i stayed on 15.10.26 and 16.10.26... 2 days and answered all our queries. but the night duty person was not very responsive when we approached him for milk powder packets in the early mornings.... was not pleased when i came to talk to him in the early morning ... he found it extremely inconvenient to get up from his mobile-watching lying position on the sofa and bring the milk packets and did it in a lazy face-mode without a pleasant smile. not to indict him but this sort of interaction is off-putting.

    Bathrooms were not clean and rooms cleaning was done for all 4 days.... Morning shift Hotel incharge was good in terms of speaking, but evening incharge was very rude.
