Jump into your car and make short work of the 10-minute drive to Grey Cairn Camsters or the 12-minute drive to Dunbeath Heritage Centre (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Excellent cottage. Well furnished and equipped. Remote yet a good base for exploring the area. Car recommend. Only issue was with the communication. Booked through hotels.com and awaited instructions for check-in which didn't come. Tried to contact host using messaging service provided but got no response. Tried calling hotels.com for help who couldn't resolve the issue. Ended up at cottage late at night with no way inside. Turns out the details were sent from Sykes cottages...so if booking look out for Sykes emails
