About this cottage rental

A short distance from fishing, hiking and biking trails, and more, this family-friendly cottage lets you experience it all. Make short work of the 3-minute drive to Ampleforth Abbey or the 5-minute drive to Byland Abbey.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and a dishwasher, as well as an electric kettle, cookware, and a toaster. And because there's a washing machine, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. Other amenities at this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental include heating and wardrobe or closet.

The house was lovely, spacious, clean and well stocked with anything you might need. It is in a tranquil village and has plentiful off-road parking. The garden has an excellent view and is so peaceful to sit in. There is a park 2 minutes down the lane, a football field, and if you continue down the lane, there is a pond and a lovely walk around it. It was perfectly located between all the walking areas I wanted to see and complete. When we arrived there was bread, milk and some treats waiting for us which was just lovely, will defo be booking again for my next walking holiday.
