Very spacious, love the modern side of the property as well as the traditional tatami side of it gives it a good mix of both modern and traditional living especially with the futon as well

Nothing bad about the property just only thing to note is that there are stairs and do be prepared to maybe have to carry luggage down stairs incase you are living on the top level

A genuinely amazing place to stay. It was incredibly comfortable, well kept, and super cozy. I could absolutely picture myself living there. The ammenities provided were wonderful, numerous, and easy to use. It really made living there a pleasant experience. We were really sad when we had to leave :( The place is a short walk from Kamata Station and had so many food options around. It was a really nice and quiet neighbourhood plus a 7-Eleven barely a minutes walk away. The owner was also incredibly prompt in responding to questions. She even came by during the typhoon just to hand us new towels, I felt really bad 😔. Speaking of the typhoon while ruining a lot of plans, it was wonderful to spend the 2-3 days in this place. It never felt uncomfortable or cramped, and we felt really safe. It made us glad we were stuck here instead of other accommodations.

Quiet location, but close to shops, restaurants and transport links. Good size rooms and well equipped kitchen. Great communication from host.
