The property is located, conveniently too many stores and businesses in the Los Angeles area.

Unfortunately, the property was dirty, there was termites all around the floor of the bathroom to include the bed. The bed also contain other bugs that I was able to photograph. It was so bad that I had to check out on the second night as I was not willing to stay the second night, I will not be going back again. There was also black mold, visible in the grout area of the shower area.

I didn’t like nothing only good thing is they don’t have bugs.

I was not comfortable at all in the room, If I was able to get a refund I DEFINITELY WOULD HAVE. There is only 2 outlets for use and one of them was in the bathroom. And the other only had one plug available due to the refrigerator being plugged in. The bathroom wasn’t as up to part didn’t want to shower. I didn’t even want to lay under the cover

This motel is a dump!

There was nothing to like about this motel. The Booking.com rating of "10" was fraudulent. Both reviews were clearly written by the owner of the hotel. This hotel should NEVER have appeared when even a "5+ rating review" filter was turned on, let alone the 8+ rating review filter I had turned on for my search when I booked a room at this motel! In fact, the only reason I chose this hotel was because it was rated a "10" on the rating reviews on the Booking.com app. When I parked in the motel parking lot to check in, even though it was late at night and dark outside, I could tell instantly I had been conned, but I needed a room, and it was too late to cancel without losing my full payment.

The motel was old, dated, dirty, in bad disrepair, and overpriced. At check-in, the staff was slow and disorganized, but the next morning, they were quite punctual in knocking on my door two minutes before check-out time to make sure I was leaving immediately! I took nearly 50 photos of the many different things that were missing, broken, dirty, or in bad disrepair.
