The hospitality was exceptional. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive and always ready to help. The service throughout my stay was thoughtful and efficient, making us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of.
Unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance during the Easter weekend, which was a bit disappointing as it would have been lovely to enjoy it during the holiday stay.

The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable.
The quality of the food compared to some other Samburu lodges I have stayed in was noteworthy.
The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water.
It would have been nice to have a river view from the spacious patios attached to the rooms. Some of the facilities like WiFi and Ice are spotty as they wait for upgraded equipment to arrive on site
