The host was prompt to respond whenever we wrote. The suite was quiet, everything was brand new.

the location was very good. the host answered all of our questions and provided the Banff pass. Thee suite was very quiet and clean. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends who plan to visit Calgary.

キッチンやバスダフ、トイレの設備は素晴らしい。
リビングや寝室も清潔で広く、フレグランスの良い香りがしていた。
洗濯機と乾燥機も最新で快適に使用できた。
コーヒーや紅茶も用意されていた。
予約を確定し、支払いが終了してからが大変だった。
送られて来たメールアドレスに、自分のメールアドレスを送らないと、玄関の暗証番号はもらえない。
メールアドレスを送ってから、手続きが始まる。
その手続きが、全て英語で日本人にはかなり難しい。
セルフィや身分証明書を送る必要があった。
ワインのプレゼントがあると、紹介されていて、楽しみにしていたが、あったのは電子レンジで作る小さなポップコーンの袋だけだった。滞在中に、ワインがないとメッセージを送ったが、ノーコメントだったので、諦めた。
半地下のゲストルームは、上の階の足音は聞こえる。家の前の駐車場で上の住人に会った時に挨拶しても、ほぼ反応はない。コミニュケーションは、期待できない。
