They have the obligation to write their conditions on booking before we book the apartment,not after
I absolutely didn’t like anything in this apartment
This place is zéro confort, absolutly zéro confort, this bed , what is it? For real you don’t even consider your clients as human being, would you sleep on something like that? , and it’s a mosquito land , I never been fighting with mosquitoes like that in my life entire life,full of mosquitoes, they should leave some protection for mosquitoes for clients. and all those rules that they have? they should tell their rules on booking or anywhere else before we book, not after we they will come up with, asking for pictures of ID and a personal picture which is not legal, even hôtel cannot make copies of any ID and those was saying that if you don’t send we don’t give you access to the apartments? Like it’s legal. You have the obligation to tell you rules on booking before. And we are paying 75€ for the cleaning in this 20m apartment and the kitchen is not even included, this is so abused, and after you book they will send a message with all their silly conditions. you people just see us like money . Where did you see that you pay for the cleaning of the apartment but the kitchen is not included? The kitchen is not part of the apartment?????
