Great location and amenities gym was great

The place was in a great location just steps from GyroBeach, restaraunts, grocery stores. The place was well furnished with the most comfortable beds we ever slept on. Kitchen well stocked with all the basic needs and more. Overall I would recommend this location to anyone.

The best thing about this appartment is location. There is everything within 5 minutes on foot - wide range of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets even lake. I really recommend to leave a car in the garage and do the walking in the area. There are really beautiful walking or running possibilities along side abbott st. and lake. The house is beautifully designed and perfectly equipped. You can enjoy cooking in amazing kitchen or relaxing in cosy living room. You wake up every morning nicely relaxed as beds are very wide and extremely comfortable.

We did not rate 10 out of 10 because of one thing which we believe will need to be improved. The house is suitable for 6 people (3 bedrooms) or 7 (if one person sleeps in living room). The biggest struggle we had was heating and cooling system of the house. There was a problem with heating of the ground floor (kitchen and living room) during our stay. It was quite challenging to have it fixed during Christmas time but I believe it is fixed now. The thing I would like to point out is not that it was not working properly during our stay BUT the design of duct heating system. The network of ducts runs through one of the bedrooms on the first floor and it is very noisy. It is so noisy that you cannot actually use the bedroom for sleeping. So, although the house can accommodate 6-7 people it is suitable only for 4 at the moment. A really strong noise barrier need to be built in the bedroom so it can be used.
