הדירה ממוקמת בבניין די חדש, בקומה גבוהה, עם נוף נפלא מהמרפסת. היא מרווחת והיה בהחלט מקום למשפחה של ששה ואפילו היו עוד מזרנים. מטבח גדול, ומאד אהבנו שבשניים מהחדרים היו 2 מיטות יחיד רחבות שמתאימות גם למבוגרים. המיקום מושלם - 5 דקות ברכב מחוף אכזיב, רבע שעה ממרכז נהריה. הרבה מקומות טובים לאכול סביב נהריה וחופים מקסימים. כשפנינו לאיש הקשר ענה לנו מיד.
לצערנו רמת האחזקה לא מספקת. בחדר האמבט הקטן אין וילון או מקלחון ואחרי כל מקלחת צריך לגרוף את המים. כל הדברים בחדר נרטבים. אין מתלים למגבות באמבטיות ואין מתקן ליבוש כביסה בחוץ. מצאנו שאריות מדיירים קודמים בדמות גרביים וטביעות אצבע על החלונות וארונות המטבח. היו מעט מדי כלים. אין מכונת קפה שזה כבר די סטנדרטי בימינו. דבר נוסף- הגענו לדירה ובגלל תקלה היא עוד לא הייתה מוכנה. זה כשלעצמו בסדר אבל חבל שלא הודיעו לנו ראש וביקשו שנגיע לשם יותר מאוחר. גם לא ענו לי בפניות דרך בוקינג ולא היה ברור איפה חונים. להערכתי בהשקעה קטנה ונקיון יסודי אפשר לשדרג את הדירה לפנינה של ממש.
