Vi var i rom 3. Fremstod som nyoppusset, med et moderne design. Fint bad, med godt trykk i dusjen. Tekjøkken på rommet, men også tilgang til et større, felles kjøkken. Stille nabolag. AC på rommet.

Sovesofa var ikke oppredd da vi (3 stykker) kom samt at den hadde behov for litt støvsuging (ikke slått ned på en stund). Utleier ordnet raskt tilgang til et ledig rom for to netter, men siste natta ble vi tre på rommet. Viste seg at sovesofaen ikke var spesielt behagelig å sove på, så anbefales ikke.

The location is perfect for us, and the apartment was very clean, well presented, and thoughtfully designed. We chose to book again because we had previously stayed at this property and had a positive experience.

We booked this stay while staying at the property previously and specifically checked that we would be allocated the same apartment, which was confirmed. At around 11am on the day of arrival, we were sent a message via Booking.com advising that this had been changed due to a booking error. We did not see this message until arrival. This last minute change, particularly without any direct contact, caused significant difficulty. On arrival, there was no information provided about how to operate the heating or television, which differed from the original apartment we had stayed in previously, where we had no issues with either. It took approximately an hour and a half to get the main heating working (after having to search online for instructions) and an additional 45 minutes to get the TV working (eventually following online troubleshooting guidance). The bathroom radiator did not work at all during our stay, leaving the bathroom extremely cold. We attempted to contact the host to raise concerns about the last minute change despite prior confirmation, and to request assistance with the heating and television, by calling the number provided (leaving a voicemail) and sending a message via the Booking.com app requesting a call back. No response was received to these requests at any point during our two night stay. Although we eventually managed to resolve some issues ourselves, the bathroom radiator issue remained unresolved. During the stay, we did receive automated messages (such as confirmation of check in, reminders about check out time, and offers to extend the stay for an additional charge). However, no response was provided to our specific requests for assistance. Additionally, on site parking is offered at a charge of £10, despite free on street parking being available at the end of the property’s driveway. This felt poor value and was not clearly explained.
