The apartment was new and appeared to be almost unused. It featured a large terrace with sunbeds, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa. The bathrooms were spacious. Construction work was taking place right next to the terrace, but it did not disturb us. The pool area was large, clean, and supervised by a lifeguard. The nearest beach was not particularly impressive, but we found several wonderful beaches within a 10 to 20-minute drive. A Mercadona supermarket was within walking distance.
The underground parking garage was inconvenient for larger vehicles and difficult to navigate, so we only used it once. Fortunately, there were always free parking spaces available on the street.
