Très bien situé car dans le centre historique à côté de la cathédrale. Logement confortable et spacieux. Bon petit-déjeuner. Bonne connexion Wi-Fi.
Très mauvaise communication avec l'hôte. Il ne prend pas la peine de lire les messages sur Booking ni par téléphone. Avons dû attendre deux heures pour obtenir notre chambre car elle n'était pas préparée pour deux comme demandé lors de la réservation. Aucun mot d'excuse de sa part. A finalement laissé une deuxième chambre à notre disposition car la femme de ménage n'est jamais arrivée.

La struttura si trova in centro a Bitonto proprio con l'affaccio sulla cattedrale, cosa assolutamente pregevole. Non tutte le stanze sono con vista sulla cattedrale, ma noi siamo stati alloggiati proprio in una di queste. Il wi-fi era perfettamente funzionante, il letto era molto comodo, la colazione comprendeva prodotti confezionati lasciando peraltro a disposizione le macchinette per farsi bevande calde (caffè, tisane, thè) nel soggiorno a disposizione della clientela. La proprietaria è stata molto cortese e ci è venuta a prendere alla stazione ferroviaria il pomeriggio del nostro arrivo. La stazione ferroviaria è poi facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti di camminata (eravamo solo con gli zainetti). La struttura è proprio centrale e molto comoda ai servizi. La proprietà è stata sempre disponibile e cortese nei nostri confronti. Si raccomanda.
