Sfeervol appartement, volledig ingericht, veel ruimte, mooi overdekt terras en ruime tuin. In dit complex een van de weinige direct aan het water gelegen woning met veel privacy. Service van de beheerder (Bocobay) is op goed niveau, snel en accuraat. Fijn is om de automatische toegangspoort en de 2 parkeerplaatsen
WiFi kan beter, is niet altijd stabiel en dekking in de achterste slaapkamers is te zwak. Matras van slaapkamer links achter is aan vernieuwing toe (kuil vorming). Bij gasten met langdurig verblijf adviseer ik om 1x per week automatisch de handdoeken en lakens te vervangen.
