Skvělá lokalita. Okna do dvora poskytují naprosté ticho, ačkoli je člověk prakticky v centru. Bezproblémový příchod/odchod.
Chybějící stolek a židle na pokoji + poloha elektrických zásuvek. Není tam stolek, takže pracovat jde jen na posteli a nejbližší zásuvka je až v rohu za televizí, kam napájení notebooku nedosáhne.
