Das Apartment war wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war absolut neu. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt und würden uns jederzeit wieder dafür entscheiden. Der Balkon bot einen schönen Ausblick über den Pool und auf das Meer. In den umliegenden Straßen konnte man nett spazieren gehen, ein kleiner Strand und der kleine Hafen sowie Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte waren fußläufig erreichbar. Vor dem Haus gab es aber auch eigene Parkplätze. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war ausgezeichnet. Er hat uns einen früheren Check in ermöglicht, tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants und war sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Außerdem standen eine kleine Auswahl an Getränken für uns bereit.

Das Haus lag zwar nicht direkt an der Durchgangsstraße, man hat den Verkehr aber tagsüber noch ein wenig gehört. Deshalb in Bezug auf die Lage einen ganz kleinen Punktabzug. Nachts war es aber ganz ruhig und wir konnten wunderbar schlafen.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή. Είχε και τρόφιμα για πρωινό, και ένα μπουκάλι κρασί για κέρασμα, κάτι πολύ ωραίο. Είχε καθημερινή καθαριότητα,πολύ σημαντικό κι αυτό. Σίγουρα το τζακούζι ήταν πολυ ωραίο. Και σίγουρα ήταν πολύ άνετος χώρος για 2 άτομα, αν ήμασταν 6, όσοι δηλαδή χωράνε στο διαμερισμα, δεν ξέρω πόσο άνετα θα ήμασταν. Έχει ωραία διαμορφωμένη αυλή που μπορείς να κάτσεις.

Αρχικά, το βράδυ ακούγονται πολλοί θόρυβοι από καρέκλες και χτυπήματα από το εστιατόριο που είναι μπροστά από το σπίτι. Το κρεβάτι είναι προέκταση ενός ξύλινου επίπλου που όταν αλλάζεις πλευρό, τρίζει πολύ, με αποτέλεσμα να σε ξυπνάει. Επίσης, τα μαξιλάρια, παρόλο που παρέχονται 2 τύποι σκληρότητας, το ένα είναι υπερβολικά σκληρό, και το άλλο υπερβολικά μαλακό. Τέλος, οι νιπτήρες στα μπάνια είναι πολύ στενοί, με αποτέλεσμα όταν πλένεσαι το πρωί, να ρίχνεις νερά στο πάτωμα και στα πόδια σου.

Since we have relatives to Lefkada and visit every year, we are familiar with Nikiana. The position or this rental property is average to good. Moreover it is a new facility and the parking is easy nearby ( if the designated spot is taken). The view is also nice and not easily found in old properties at Nikiana.

Besides the fact that we needed to stay without water for 18 hours ( based on the local news there is a dispute between hotel owners and the local authorities) we did not feel that the managers are on top ( maybe Mr George tried somehow to aleviate the problems, but the ruined vacations had already taken place.) The first day the pool was dirty but next day it was cleaned. At the same building there are several rentals, which creates a mess with keeping the order who parks where and I was constantly getting asked which was my car, even if I had parked it elsewhere to avoid all this mess. All in all, no value for money property and would not visit or reccomend it to others.
