Bella villa con una magnifica vista sul lago. Bel giardino e appartamento pulito e accessoriato con ogni comfort. Proprietari disponibili e sempre raggiungibili telefonicamente.

Ein Abendteuer hoch über Stresa.
Das Haus liegt hoch oben über Stresa - also die Anfahrt ist schon ein Abenteuer. Die Aussicht ist das Beste an der Unterkunft. Die Größe des Hauses war gut.
Das untere Schlafzimmer konnte man nicht bewohnen - es roch nach Schimmel - war kühl und nass. Ich habe so auf der Schlafcouch geschlafen - diese war nicht ordentlich, aber wenigstens "beschlafbar". Der Eigentümer hat mir erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung ( er forderte mich 2 mal auf - die Kurtaxe zu zahlen!) den Code für die Übergabe des Schlüssels mitgeteilt. Nach unserer Abreise forderte mich dann der Eigentümer auf, einen Stuhl - den wir angeblich beschädigt hätten - (ich bin noch einmal im Haus herum gegangen und habe auch Bilder gemacht), 50,00 € für den Stuhl zu zahlen. Ich habe dann Bilder verlangt, die sind nicht gekommen. Vor der Villa haben wir am 1. Tag keinen Parkplatz bekommen. Das Haus ist insgesamt nass, ich nehme an, die baugleichen Häuser daneben auch. Alles in Allem eine unseriöse Handhabung.

Dejlig og meget smuk bjergferie med nem adgang i bil til badning, bjergtop, shopping og turisme.
Virkelig dejligt hus, dejlig svalt i kælderen og god plads i 3 plan. To terrasser og have. Selvom huset ligger i bjergene er det ikke et øde område. Ca. 10 km. til nærmeste by Stresa med to supermarkeder og maasser af restauranter. Og ca. 15 min. til større indkøbscenter med masser af butikker og food court. Så perfekt placeret med ro, ren luft og stilhed i bjergene og nem mulighed for mere "action" hvis man ønsker det.
Vi har oprigtigt tænk det igennem og der er intet man ikke kan lide.
