Donde me toco esta semana había mucho ruido se escuchaba mucho los autos y las motos por lo general me toca mirando a la parte de atrás.

La ubicación y limpieza excelentes, el departamento muy cómodo, excepto que alquilamos para 3 personas y el sofá no es apto para dormir

El código q para el acceso es sumamente incómodo

La ubicación me quedaba cerca de todo, el lugar es cómodo, ordenado, lindo, hacia calor pero tiene aire acondicionado así que que fue maravilloso, la cocina full equipada, es un lugar amplio y súper cómodo, aparte que la zona en que esga ubicado es muy linda, el parque esta en frente del edificio, además durante la noche es muy silencioso cosa que me sorprendió gratamente ya que en Santiago siempre hay bastante ruido por las noches

It was a beautiful new building, in front of the park. It has everything you need, plus working space if you are a digital nomad.

I really loved the place itself, but honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had on Booking.com. We stayed 12 nights with my husband, and from the beginning we had issues accessing the building. The entire system is fully automated through an app. If you don’t have mobile data, it’s very difficult to enter. Although there is WiFi in the lobby, you have to reconnect every time you enter. There are multiple access points (main entrance, elevators, and then the room), all requiring the app to function properly. It felt inconvenient and, at times, unsafe to rely completely on WiFi access. There was always staff near the entrance and elevators, but they would not assist with opening doors. When I informed the host (which appears to be a real estate agency rather than an individual host) about the repeated access issues, she responded that the building “is not for people who aren’t very technological.” My husband and I both work in tech, so we understand how these systems function — the issue was that it simply did not work reliably. However, the worst part was the constant construction noise. The apartment is directly above construction happening inside the building for a store, and drilling started around 8am every morning. Although the host said the construction was outside and beyond their control, most of the noise was clearly coming from within the building and was extremely loud. After six mornings of being woken up at 8am by drilling , while already jet-lagged and sleep-deprived, I repeatedly asked to be moved. No proactive solution was offered until I insisted. I felt I paid far too much for such a stressful experience and initially wanted a refund. Instead, they offered a $100 (or so) discount if I extended my stay in another apartment. The payment was handled outside of Booking.com through a separate link, which made me uncomfortable since it removed platform protection. Fortunately, the following 10 days in the new apartment were good.
