Conveniently located, pool
Access to inner courtyard from backside of building is sketchy having to go past overflowing garbage bin and other items to be trashed; other guests checking in at same time agreed and were not comfortable leaving their cars in the back so parked in the front/side. Overall the property was OK but looks much better in the photos.

The location is good. The rooms are clean. The price is good. The staff is pleasant.
The food at the restaurant is horrid. The pool is cold.

Location convenient. Lowest price in the area
Walkway from lobby to the rooms is cluttered and horrible. Paint is peeling everywhere. Curtains don't cover the windows. No light switch near door. So little money needed to improve the entire ambiance and make it feel like someone cares. Instead it just feels unnecessarily cheap and neglected.
