Earlier reviews were quite harsh so I was nervous. Nevertheless, our experience was positive
- The place is huge so if you there are a few of you it can be great and comfortable
- AC units were working well and seemed to keep the air fresh
- Nice comfortable living room
- Comfortable beds
- very clean
- parking
I did not use the kitchen at all so can not comment.
Decision could depend on value. We paid about $215 a night during a high demand period when hotels in town were $300+
- neighbourhood is not the best but for us it was fine. You can't really walk to downtown or Syracuse even though they are very close. But there is a decent coffee show a 5 minute walk
- Contact number on booking.com site was not working. This was very fristrating for us sonce there was an issue that required immediate resolution. Once we got a response by email the issue was successfully resolved immediately
- there was a faint odor in the kitchen area. Not enough to bother me.
- blankets were thin. For colder nights better blankets will be needed

The place was great we had no issues with anything. The neighborhood was sketchy but we had no issues with anyone or anything. It took me a minute to figure out the shower the hot and cold are backwards. The beds are extremely comfortable.
It could have had an ice maker or ice cube trays but we just bought a bag of ice.

Ground floor is always a plus. Close to Downtown and the state park.
Old smell. Not enough ventilation. No air in
