Posizione molto comoda,in centro con tutti i servizi vicini.appartamento pulitissimo, tutti i servizi utili in una casa, molto spazioso.
Il divano non è comodo, e i serramenti senza doppio vetro fanno entrare un po' di rumore , nulla di grave ma se ci fossero doppi vetri sarebbe più silenzioso.
