Newly build apartment/hotel with swimming pool, overlooking mountain valley. Ski in and out.

We had two bedroom appartment on the 7th floor, overlooking the mountain valley. Amazing view! Appartment was very good size for our travel party of five. Kitchen is well equipped, we had everything what we needed. Welcome pack for toiletries, washing up and toilet paper were provided (we had to buy for the rest of the week).

Heaters did not work well, they were coming off and on when they wanted. In some locations, just part of the heater warm up, the rest stayed cold. We could not dry wet clothing faster, so this is probably the biggest minus. However, apartment was still warm for us. So we did not report to reception desk. Swimming pool water and sauna were cold on the first day, but later was better. No proper pedestrian path to go to the town centre of Les Eucherts or La Rosière.

Enjoyed the view from the balcony and the closeness to the piste

The view from our flat was amazing. The outlay of the appartment was fine and the ski-in ski-out worked well

If you were not on skis the walk to Les Eucherts was a little difficult (especially with my 3 year old who needed to get to Piou Piou lessons before the ski navette did its first round. It would be useful with more stairs built to make the walk to Les Eucherts easier. The bus has a two hour break over lunch which did not work well with the ski lessons of my children and meant that we had to walk uphill with two children including their equipment. The walk to the pool was a little inconvenient without slippers and proper pool towels. The water in the pool was not that warm and the showers by the pool were cold.

Nice hotel - but could be better!

Hotel is ski-in / ski-out and easily accessible for anyone who has more than 1 weeks ski experience. For complete beginners, they may prefer to walk down to Les Eucherts to meet the ski instructor on the first day (maybe also on the second day). The food and staff at the In-house restaurant are excellent, but the decor itself is lacking a little ambience. The 1 bedroom and 1 alcove (with bunkbed) apartment was of decent size and being on the 4th floor facing south - we had tremendous views towards Sainte Foy, Les Arcs and Tignes.

The fit and finish of the hotel is of poor quality for a 4-star hotel. For example, the bathroom doors are so light, they feel like they are made of paper. Whilst the ski boot locker is of a decent size, and the ski room itself is spacious, the locker has only 4 boot racks. Given our room fits 6, this felt very stingy. I was also mega surprised that a brand new 4-star resort (we stayed during the 2nd week after opening) did not have a heated boot rack.

Très bien

Appartement très propre, bien insonorisé et offrant une vue agréable sur les montagnes. Résidence située au pied des pistes. Navette pour rejoindre le centre ville. Personnel de l'accueil souriant. Espace détente très agréable et bien entretenu.

Laverie non disponible alors que la construction est neuve. Local à skis non chauffé, dommage de remettre des chaussures de skis humides, surtout quand il fait froid. Pas de chemin piéton pour rejoindre le centre ville mais une navette est disponible. La sortie du garage souterrain est mal conçue.
