Location is top notch. Property has a lot of potential.
Multiple things; -Entrance was slightly difficult to find. -It is an old building with a lot of spiral stairs need to be explained in the description, esp. if people who need additional care (pregnant women or elderly) are going to rent it. -In mid of June, this becomes a boiling place, I called the owner to inquire if there is a possibility that a fan could be arranged. He started explaining me that it is Germany, he was born here and there are no reasons to make such inquiries. -WiFi password wasn’t shared in advance. -The bedsheet and pillowcases smelled of sweat and body odor and weren’t probably washed.

部屋にはベッドのほかテーブルやソファーも揃っており広々とした部屋だったのでくつろげました。 また、最上階なので屋根の出窓から眺める街並みも最高です。 私が来た時はたまたまかもしれませんが、7月なのに朝晩涼しい気候でエアコンも扇風機も不要で快適でした。 周辺は閑静な住宅街でしたが評価の高いカフェなどもあり食事にも困らなさそうでした。 チェックアウトも遅めの時間まで良く、至れり尽くせりでこの価格はコスパが良すぎます。 またシュトゥットガルトに来る時はぜひ泊まりたいと思います！
バスが大幅に遅れて到着したのが23時を過ぎてしまい建物は真っ暗で焦りました。 チェックイン方法についてはbooking.comメッセージで当日20時に来ていたのですが気付かず、 そもそも自分から前もって確認しておくべきでした。 現地の電話がかけられなければ、booking.comのメッセージは逐一確認したり自分から連絡した方が良さそうです。 遅い時間にも関わらずアパートメントの人が来てくれて鍵や設備の説明をしてもらえたので助かりました！
